No Win No Fee Accident Claims

Tell me anything that does not involve risk and probably I don’t want to do it, apart from sleeping that is.

As much as I like my life and my work, every year I like to escape for a bit of adventure and excitement. I want to live my life as I was truly meant to live it. You know, sailing or climbing mountains, playing sports and then drinking a bit heavily in the evening and driving back to the hotel on my rented motor cycle in an unfamiliar environment.  I don’t know the reason why, but it seems to be human nature that when we go on holiday we think we are ten years younger than we really are. We start running around like teenagers. Risky or what? Well what do we do when we want to reduce risk? We take out a holiday insurance policy. Or at least you do if you are sensible. Then if you are sensible, if something does go wrong you should contact our Holiday claims section.

I think it’s obvious by now that while the insurance policy is your best friend when it comes to mitigating the financial implications of risk in life, in order to get the best out the system it would be prudent to find out more about our service

From a wide range of situations from car accident claims to  Criminal injury compensation, now matter how small the problem our advice is free. You see we operate entirely on a No win no fee basis. This means if we recommend making a claim it will be because we strongly believe you have a good case, because if we are wrong we have to pay our own costs. The No win no fee solicitor who is allocated to you case is also highly motivated to do a good job on your behalf.

Don’t Just Rely On The NHS For Medical Claims

There is of course no such thing as a risk free life, or at least not one which I would want to lead.  For me a job which did not entail; any kind of risk or adventure would be a totally boring one, although I’m sure that there are many boring jobs which are also highly dangerous. Personally I spent some time in my early days working on oil rigs, and although I never worried about the dangers, they certainly are dangerous places to work. I’m pleased to say that the oil company that operated the rig had very high safety standards and was fully insured in case any injury happened to any of the employees. I feel confident that I would have been able to make a Personal injury claim. Today you can ensure full compensation for those injuries by contacting our Personal injury claims section.

Many people are quick to run down the National Health Service but, since its inception it has done incredible work for people throughout the country. Really we never have to worry about getting good medical care in this country if we are involved in an accident or if we become sick. Yes you can get more luxurious surroundings if you pay for a private hospital or get better food. You won’t have to wait on a waiting list either but I doubt you’ll get better doctors. As in any situation there is a risk involved in medical treatment and if you have been subject to less than professional treatment for whatever reason you should contact our Medical claims section for advice on making a Medical claim for Medical compensation. Even though the treatment may be free at the point of service, it does come out of our taxes after all.

Insurance Is There For Accident Claims

Insurance exists in order to minimize the risk of loss to an individual who is engaged in a risky activity.  Well that just about covers everything. I guess the only thing you can’t get insurance for is sleeping. The insurance people work out the statistical probability of any risk and then charge you an amount that covers the average cost, plus a bit of profit, of course. It’s a perfect business model. It’s also a great service to society. For example it allows you to get into your car and drive without being unduly worried about the financial implications of being involved in an accident.  It won’t prevent injury of course. It means that if you work in a dangerous profession you know that your family will be looked after if something were to go wrong.

There is however, a fly in the ointment because the business model means that to make a profit the payout for any Accident claims must be less than the price of the insurance policy and insurance companies have a large legal department to ensure they pay as little as possible. That may conflict with your interests in getting a fair payment for your Injury claim or whatever. We operate a Claims service that can help you do just that: we also have a legal department and we make money by helping you get as high a settlement as possible. If you ever need to make an injury

Claim, you really should contact our Injury claims section to see what we can do for you.

Making a Whiplash Claim

Of course the word accident has an immediate association with road accident. And we would love to be of service if you need to make a car accident claim especially if you are in anyway incapacitated by your injury, we can do all the work for you which will leave you free  to concentrate on overcoming your injuries.

The benefits of getting professional help in making claims may be obvious when you are involved in a major car accident. But what is less obvious is the need for our service in less serious incidents. Take for example the case of the whiplash injury.

This typically occurs in a shunt type of accident, for example when you are waiting at traffic lights and someone hits you hard from behind, maybe you are also pushed into the car in front. Your immediate reaction is to check on the damage to your car. It may be quite extensive and so you deal with all the paperwork. Today’s cars are very safe and you have no injuries except perhaps a stiff neck. You would probably dismiss it and expect it to wear off after a few days. This injury may in fact be torn ligaments due to the violent nature of the crash.

The insurance companies may be very happy that you didn’t make a claim, but we would encourage you to make a whiplash claim for Whiplash compensation because the injury may it difficult for you to drive or do other physical activity and could lead to loss of earnings. Imagine you were a professional golfer and how much money could be lost if you were laid off for a couple of months.

Like they say in professional boxing, you must protect yourself at all times. So it is when it comes to and road accident you are involved in. The best way to do that is if you suspect a whiplash injury is contact our whiplash claims section.
